Bulk Import Users

Note: Only Administrators can perform this action.

Need to add a bunch of users at once? Bulk Import is your friend. You can create multiple user accounts in one go by uploading an Excel file.


Steps

  1. Go to Administration → Manage User Accounts
  2. Click Bulk Import in the top-right corner.
  3. In the Bulk Import dialog, upload your file:
    • Click Select files or drag and drop the file into the upload area.
    • Supported file types: .xls or .xlsx (max 20 MB)
  4. Once the file is uploaded, a preview table will display the records with the following columns:

RoleAssigned role (Admin, Manager, Recruiter, Consultant)
ClientsClients assigned to the user (for Recruiter/Consultant roles)
ValidIndicates whether the row passed validation
ReasonError message if the row is invalid
  1. Review the preview. Fix any rows marked as invalid before proceeding.
  2. Click Import to create all valid users.

You're all set! Each imported user will receive an activation email to set their password.


File Format

Your Excel file needs to include the following columns in the header row:

First Name | Last Name | Email | Phone | Location | Role | Clients

Tip: To avoid errors, download a sample template from the Bulk Import dialog (if available) and fill it in with your data.
